    Questions venues ask us

    Will everyone see my prices?

    You decided the prices you choose to show. A proposal isn't a contract, and you can amend it before anything is signed or paid.

    Do I need to change CRM?

    No. Enquiries go to the CRM you already use, and to your inbox. If you don't use one, they stay in your Innkept dashboard.

    Our pricing is complicated. Will it cope?

    Seasonal and weekday rates, guest-number bands, minimum spends and percentage or fixed surcharges are all built in. If a rule isn't covered, write to us.

    Who puts it on our website?

    It’s a quick copy and paste onto your booking page. Whoever looks after your site can do it in a few minutes, on Squarespace, Wix, WordPress and most others.

    Where does the deposit go?

    Into your own GoCardless or Stripe account. Innkept never holds it and takes no commission.

    What happens after the trial?

    Choose a plan from your billing page. If you don't, your account pauses. Nothing is deleted, and your data can be exported for 90 days.
