Questions about plans

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Every account starts with 30 days free and no card. You can also try the demo venue without signing up.

What do I get during the trial?

The whole product, including card deposits, contracts and every CRM connection, for one venue and up to 5 enquiries a month.

What counts as an enquiry?

A guest who completes the booking flow and sends their details. The same email address counts once in any 30 days. Paid plans have no limit.

What happens when the trial ends?

Choose a plan from your billing page. If you don't, your account pauses. Nothing is deleted, and your data can be exported for 90 days.

Can I change plan?

Yes, up or down at any time, and the charge is adjusted for the rest of the month. We never move you to a higher plan without asking.

Do I need a CRM?

No. Every enquiry lands in your dashboard and your inbox, and can be exported as a spreadsheet. If you use a CRM, Studio connects one and Signature connects them all.

Where does deposit money go?

Into your own GoCardless or Stripe account. Innkept never holds it and takes no commission.

Are there set-up fees?

No. Estate includes a named onboarding lead and a 60-minute kick-off call.

Can I cancel?

At any time, from your billing page. Your data can be exported for 90 days afterwards.
