Innkept puts a booking form on your website. A guest picks a date, tells you about their event, sees a price as they go and ends up with a proposal they can share. You get the enquiry in your dashboard, and in your CRM if you use one, before you've put the kettle on.
This help is for venues, caterers and event planners using Innkept on their own website. If you're a guest with a proposal link, just open the link. There's nothing to install.
What you get
- A booking form for your website. Your web person pastes in your Innkept code once. It works on Squarespace, Wix, WordPress and most other website builders.
- Real availability. Connect your Google, Outlook or Apple calendar, or your Airbnb and Booking.com calendars, so guests can't pick a date you've already sold.
- Live pricing. Per guest, per hour, per day or a flat fee, with your weekend and peak-season prices applied for you.
- A proposal the guest can change. A private link, no account needed. Guests can switch optional extras on and off, leave a note and share it with their partner.
- Your CRM, kept up to date. Every enquiry can go to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Airtable, Mailchimp, Zapier, your inbox or your own system.
A typical enquiry
- A couple looking for a wedding venue opens the Book page on your website.
- They pick a date, the type of event, your venue, their guest numbers and a menu. It takes about 90 seconds.
- They press the button to get their proposal. Straight away you have a new lead and quote, the guest has a proposal page, and the enquiry is sent to every connection you've set up.
- You see the lead in your dashboard with the full price breakdown.
- The guest opens their proposal on the train, shares it with their partner, drops the late licence and leaves you a comment.
- You move them along: contacted, viewing booked, quoted, won.
What it isn't
- Not a CRM. We send leads to the CRM you already use. We don't try to replace it.
- Not a marketplace. Guests come from your website, not ours. We never list your venue anywhere.
- Not a chatbot. It's a proper booking form, not a pop-up in the corner asking if you have any questions.
