You choose, change and cancel your plan on the Billing page. Payments are handled by Stripe. To find Billing, click your name at the bottom of the menu.
Choosing a plan
- Open Billing.
- Click Choose on the plan you want.
- Stripe's secure payment page opens. Enter your card details.
- You're sent back to Innkept with your new plan in place.
You don't need to wait for your free trial to end. If you choose a plan with more than a couple of days of trial left, we take your card now but don't charge it until the trial would have ended, so you keep every free day.
Changing plan
Already paying? Click Upgrade to… or Downgrade to… on the plan you want. The change happens straight away, and the difference for the rest of the month is worked out for you on your next invoice.
If the new plan includes fewer locations or CRM connections than you're using, nothing is deleted. The ones you set up first stay live; the rest are paused until you upgrade again.
Card, invoices and billing details
Your invoices are listed on the Billing page, each with a Download link. To update your card, billing address or VAT number, click Manage in Stripe.
Cancelling
Click Cancel subscription on the Billing page. Your plan carries on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you're not charged again. Changed your mind before then? Click Resume subscription.
Once the paid period ends, your booking form pauses and the dashboard opens on the billing page. Your data is kept: if you come back, your locations, products, menus and pricing plans are all still there. You can export your data for 90 days after your plan ends.
If a payment fails
If your card is declined, Stripe tries again over the following days and we email you. Your booking form keeps working while it does. Update your card with Manage in Stripe. If every attempt fails, your plan ends and your booking form pauses until you choose a plan again.
Invoices
Every payment comes with an invoice showing your billing address and VAT number, if you've given one. They're fine to hand straight to your accountant.
