Allowed domains. The websites your booking form is allowed to work on. See Allowed domains.
B
Blocked date. A date guests can't book, because it's on a calendar you've connected, already booked in Innkept, or a day your venue is closed.
Booking form. The steps your guest goes through on your website. You build it on the Widget page, so you'll also see it called the widget. See the booking form, step by step.
C
Calendar. A calendar you've connected, such as Google or Booking.com, so its entries block dates on your booking form. See Calendars & availability.
Catalogue. Your locations, products, menus and pricing plans: everything your booking form can offer.
Catering minimum. A minimum food spend per guest, set in a pricing plan. If a guest's choices come in under it, a top-up line makes up the difference.
Change request. A guest asking, from their proposal, to move the date or change their guest numbers. You approve or decline it.
Connection. Anywhere your leads are sent: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Airtable, Mailchimp, Zapier, a webhook or an email address. See Sending leads to your CRM.

Menu. A whole food and drink offer, built from headings, dishes, choices and packages. See Menus.
O
Operator. You: the venue, caterer or planner with an Innkept account.
Optional item. A line the guest can switch on or off on their proposal. The total updates straight away.
P
Pre-selected. A product or dish that starts ticked on the booking form. Use it sparingly.
Pricing plan. Your venue hire prices for a range of dates, with seasons, weekends, key dates and more. See Pricing plans.
Product. Something you charge for that isn't on a menu: venue hire, AV, a late licence. See Products.

Publishable key. The pk_live_… part of your Innkept code. It's meant to
be seen, so it isn't a secret.
Q

R
Repeat enquiry. A second enquiry from the same email within your chosen window (30 days unless you change it). It's added to the guest's existing lead.
S

V
