A location is a venue you work from. Products, menus and pricing plans can belong to one venue or apply to all of them.
Adding a location
Open Locations and click New location. Only the venue name is required, but the more you fill in, the better your proposals look.
| Section | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Basics | Venue name (shown to guests, keep it short), a description for guests, min and max capacity, and the event types you cover. |
| Address | Address, postcode, a Google Maps link and what3words. Shown on the proposal. |
| Contact | The name, email and phone guests should use. |
| Branding | Logo, hero image and accent colour for this venue's proposals. |
| Amenities | Things like parking or accommodation, shown as labels on the venue card. |
| Legal entity | Trading or legal name, Companies House number, VAT number and registered address, used on contracts. |
How locations affect the booking form
- With one venue, guests aren't asked to choose.
- With several, guests see a card for each, with its town and capacity.
- Guest numbers are kept within the chosen venue's capacity.
- Products and menus set to one venue only appear when that venue is chosen.
- Pricing plans set to one venue only apply to that venue.
How many locations your plan includes
| Plan | Locations |
|---|---|
| Free trial | 1 |
| Studio | 1 |
| Signature | 3 |
| Estate | 6 |
If you've used all the locations on your plan, you'll see a note with a link to upgrade instead of a new location. See Plans & quotas.
Editing and deleting
You can change anything at any time. Changes show on your booking form within a minute.
Deleting a location is permanent. It disappears from your booking form straight away. Existing leads and quotes stay, but they're no longer linked to that venue.
