Adds one row per lead to a table in your own Airtable base.
Connecting
The easy way: open Integrations, click Connect next to Airtable, then Connect Airtable. Sign in to your own Airtable account and give access to the base you want leads in. Then enter the base ID and table name.
If that option isn't there, use a personal access token (still your own account):
- Create a token at airtable.com/create/tokens
with the
data.records:writepermission, on the base you want leads in. - Copy the base ID. It's in the base's web address and starts
app. - Paste the token, base ID and table name into Innkept.
Columns
Unless you set up a field mapping, Innkept fills in columns with exactly these names: Name, Email, Phone, Event type, Event date, Guests and Proposal URL. Create them in your table. Plain text columns are fine; Airtable will convert numbers and dates.
To use your own column names, add rows under Field mapping on the Airtable connection. Once you add any, they replace the default columns completely, so map everything you want.

| 422 UNKNOWN_FIELD_NAME | A column Innkept is filling in doesn't exist | Make the column names in your table and your field mapping match exactly. |
