Your colours and logo

Use your own colours on your website and your logo on every proposal.

Your guests should feel they're filling in your form, not someone else's. Innkept picks up your colours on your website, and your logo and colour on every proposal.

Colours on your website

Out of the box the booking form uses claret and brass. To use your own, open the form under Widget and click Brand. Each form has its own colours, so a wedding form and a corporate form can each match the site they sit on.

  • Main colour: buttons and choices. Usually the colour of your Book now button.
  • Second colour: highlights and the step a guest is on.

The preview shows how they'll look before you save. If a main colour is too light for the text on your buttons, we'll ask for a darker shade, so the form stays easy to read. Your website shows the new colours within a minute of saving the form.

Whoever looks after your website can also set them in its stylesheet. These take priority over the dashboard:

:root {
  --innkept-primary: #5A1A2B;
  --innkept-accent: #B39363;
}

Your logo and colour on proposals

Each venue has its own logo and accent colour. Set them in Locations: open the venue and add a logo (PNG or SVG, ideally on a transparent background) and an accent colour. Every proposal for that venue uses them.

What stays the same

Fonts, corner shapes and layout are fixed, so the form reads clearly on any website.

Need it to match your site more closely? Tell us your website and what you'd like changed, and we'll look at it with you.

"Powered by Innkept"

The booking form and proposal page carry one small Powered by Innkept line at the bottom, on every plan. Everything above it is yours.
