Profile & company settings

Update your name, email, password, brand colours and logo.

Your own login details live under Settings in the menu that opens when you click your name. Everything about your business is in the Settings section of the sidebar.

Your profile

Click your name, then Settings → Profile. You can change:

  • Your name.
  • Your email address, which you sign in with. We'll ask you to confirm a new one.
  • Whether to delete your account (see below).

Password and two-factor sign-in

Settings → Security. Change your password (you'll need the current one; if you've forgotten it, sign out and use the reset link). You can also turn on two-factor authentication, so signing in needs a code from your phone as well as your password.

Your business settings

  • Business profile: your business name, viewing times, how long a repeat enquiry counts as the same lead, and text-message settings.
  • Event types: how quotes and proposals work for each type of event.
  • Analytics & tracking: connect Google Analytics, Meta or TikTok to see which ads bring enquiries.
  • Contract template: the contract guests sign on their proposal.
  • Payments: connect Stripe or GoCardless to take deposits.
  • Team: invite colleagues (see below).

Your logo and colours

Each venue has its own logo, photo and accent colour, set in the Branding section when you edit it under Locations. They appear on that venue's proposals. See Your colours and logo for more.

Your team

Invite the people who handle your enquiries from Settings → Team. They get an email, set their own password, and arrive in your dashboard. Each person has one role:

  • Owner: everything, including billing, payments and the team.
  • Admin: runs the venue day to day: catalogue, booking forms, calendars, connections and settings. No billing, payments or team.
  • Member: works on enquiries and quotes and can see everything else, but can't change settings.

Every account needs at least one Owner, so make someone else an Owner before you step down or leave.

Deleting your account

Before you delete anything:

  1. Cancel your plan on the Billing page.
  2. Download your leads with Export CSV on the Leads page.

Deleting your account from the Profile page removes your login. If you're the last person on the account, the whole account closes: your booking form stops straight away, and your data is deleted within 90 days. If others are still on the account and you're the only Owner, you'll be asked to make someone else an Owner first.

You can't undo it yourself. If you'd rather take a break than leave, contact us first.
