Setting it up
- Open Integrations and click Connect next to Email.
- Enter the email address.
- Save.
Nothing to sign in to. It just works.

More than one person
Add another Email connection with a different address. Each one sends on its own. There's no CC option, so if you want a shared inbox and two people to get it, point Innkept at the inbox and set up forwarding in your email.
Free on every plan
Email doesn't count towards your plan's CRM connections, so you can keep it alongside HubSpot or Pipedrive as a back-up.
